Winterising the engine

It's that time of year and, since Robert de Sadlet hung up his spanners, I have done my own half-hearted engine care.
I just came across Rio Brown Marine on Facebook. He's Oban based. Has anyone got any experience of the guy? I'd love to delegate my maintenance to someone I can trust.
